Casumaro Snail Festival

2025 Edition — the 51st

In 2025, the Casumaro Snail Festival reached its 51st edition, confirming itself as one of the longest-running and most popular summer festivals in the province of Ferrara. The event took place from August 1 to 10 at the Casumaro sports field, a hamlet of the Municipality of Cento, under the organization of ASD Casumaro Calcio.

Every evening, starting from 7:30 PM, the covered and air-conditioned gastronomic stand served the dishes that made the festival famous: snails in their numerous preparations — stewed, fried, 'alla borgognona' — alongside an alternative menu with Emilian cuisine specialties. The program featured musical evenings, dancing, markets for local products and crafts, activities for children and families, culminating in the usual grand finale on August 10.
