Castrato and Country Flavors Festival (Lido dei Pini in Festa)

The tenth edition

The 2025 edition of the Castrato and Country Flavors Festival marked the tenth anniversary of the event, confirming its status as one of the opening highlights of the "Lido dei Pini in Festa" summer series in Ardea, on the Roman coast. The evenings took place at the Via delle Palme sports field, featuring tastings of grilled castrato, sausages, cheeses, and farm products, along with live music and dancing. Every evening, the opening of the children's playground preceded the start of the tastings and the musical evening with orchestras and local groups. The event, which offered free admission, attracted numerous families from the coast, reaffirming the community's bond with its agricultural and pastoral roots.
