Edition 2025 — Castle Visit and Tasting

In the 2025 season, the Castle Visit and Tasting was held from April to October, with a weekly appointment on Thursdays, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. In 2025, the route also combined a walk through the vineyards of Castel Ivano, an exterior visit to the manor, and a tasting of three Terre del Lagorai wines, including two TrentoDoc, accompanied by typical Trentino boards. Activity by reservation, in Italian and English.

The 2025 edition of the Castle Visit and Tasting took place from April to October at Castel Ivano, in Valsugana, on a weekly basis on Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. As per tradition, the experience offered a walk through the vineyards, a visit to the exterior of the castle, and a tasting of 3 Terre del Lagorai wines (2 TrentoDoc and 1 still wine) with a board of Trentino cured meats and cheeses.

The 2025 season confirmed the intimate formula of the event, with a minimum of two participants and mandatory reservation, offering visitors an immersion in the bond between mountain viticulture, the history of the manor, and the flavors of Trentino.
