Edition 2025 — Castelluccio Carnival

In 2025, the Castelluccio Valmaggiore Carnival once again enlivened the historic center of the Monti Dauni village with its traditional parade of allegorical floats, masks, and costumed groups. A popular and free celebration that, as every year, brought families, children, and young people together in the village squares in the province of Foggia.

The 2025 Castelluccio Valmaggiore Carnival confirmed its status as one of the most cherished winter events in the village. During the Carnival season, the streets of the historic center welcomed the parade of papier-mâché allegorical floats, created by local groups and artisans, amidst confetti, streamers, and music.

The event, promoted by the Municipality of Castelluccio Valmaggiore in collaboration with local associations, involved young and old in a day of joy and participation, attracting visitors from neighboring towns in the Monti Dauni. A popular tradition that continues to be an important moment of gathering for the community of this small village in Daunian Puglia.
