The celebration of the Castello district
The Castello Fair is the district celebration that has enlivened the Castello neighbourhood in Lecco for over thirty years. It takes place around the oratory of the parish of Saints Gervaso and Protaso, on Via Antonio Fogazzaro, and in 2026 reaches its 35th edition: a milestone that testifies to the strong roots of this event in the life of the Lecco community.
Ten evenings of music and conviviality
For ten days, the oratory becomes the neighbourhood's meeting point: every evening the kitchen opens with traditional dishes and pizza, accompanied by a packed entertainment schedule. Live music, from rock to brass bands, group dancing evenings, karaoke, and children's theatre take turns. On Sundays, the celebration starts at noon with the traditional community lunch.
The Castello Live Festival
In recent years, the Fair has been enhanced by the Castello Live Festival, a project that promotes live music as a tool for aggregation and inclusion, with free events designed for young people and families. A formula that has broadened the event's audience, involving thousands of people.
A community celebration
More than just a food festival, the Castello Fair is an opportunity for meeting and solidarity for the district and for the entire city of Lecco. The atmosphere is that of genuine oratory festivals, where food, music, and togetherness matter more than spectacle. An event that showcases the most authentic and communal face of Lecco, in the heart of the Province of Lecco.
Castello Fair — edition 2026
The Castello Fair 2026, 35th edition, takes place from May 15th to 24th at the oratory of the parish of Saints Gervaso and Protaso, at Via Antonio Fogazzaro 36 in Lecco, with the support of the Municipality of Lecco.
Every evening, the kitchen opens with pizza from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM and a bar until 11:00 PM, while on Sundays the celebration starts from 11:00 AM with the community lunch at 12:30 PM. The schedule alternates live music from rock to brass bands, group dancing, karaoke, and children's theatre, as part of the Castello Live Festival 2026, dedicated to music as a tool for aggregation and inclusion.

How to get there
The Fair takes place at the Castello oratory, in Via Antonio Fogazzaro 36, in the Castello district of Lecco. Reachable by car from the SS36 and by urban transport from the city centre.
Opening hours
Kitchen and pizzeria from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, bar until 11:00 PM. On Sundays, opening from 11:00 AM with community lunch at 12:30 PM. Children's attractions in the late afternoon.
