Edition 2025 — Castello di...Vino

The 2025 edition of Castello di...Vino took place from May 9 to 11 at the Castello La Grua Talamanca in Carini. For three days, the fortress transformed into a refined showcase of Sicilian oenology, with tastings of natural, organic, and biodynamic wines accompanied by local gastronomic specialties. The event was open from 3:00 PM on Friday until 6:00 PM on Sunday, with a symbolic entry fee of 3 euros.

The third edition of Castello di...Vino was held from May 9 to 11, 2025 at the Castello La Grua Talamanca in Carini (PA), open from 3:00 PM on Friday until 6:00 PM on Sunday, with admission at 3 euros.

The event, organized by Jonathan Livingston ODV with the patronage of the Municipality of Carini and I.R.V.O., brought together numerous Sicilian producers of natural, organic, and biodynamic wines. Visitors were able to taste a vast selection of artisanal labels, meet the winemakers, and savor typical products of the island's tradition, in an exceptional historical setting in the heart of Western Sicily.
