Edition 2025 — Castello dei Sapori

In October 2025, the Castello dei Sapori returned to enliven Castello Orsini in Soriano nel Cimino, as part of the 58th Sagra delle Castagne. On the third weekend of the month, the halls of the manor hosted the market exhibition of typical Tuscia products — oil, wine, honey, cheeses, cured meats, craft beer, and chocolate — accompanied by street food, roasted chestnuts, and guided tours, with free admission.

Castello dei Sapori 2025

The 2025 edition of Castello dei Sapori took place on the third weekend of October inside Castello Orsini in Soriano nel Cimino (VT), confirming the event as the food and wine highlight of the Sagra delle Castagne. Visitors were able to discover the excellence of the Viterbo Tuscia region, among local producers, tastings, and street food, in a medieval setting in the heart of the Monti Cimini.

As per tradition, admission was free, and the event combined the sale of local products with entertainment and the discovery of the village's historical heritage in the Lazio region.
