Edition 2025 — Castel di Guido Living Nativity

The eighth edition of the Castel di Guido Living Nativity took place on Saturday, December 27, and Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 4 PM to 9 PM, at the Municipal Agricultural Farmhouse on Via Sodini. Costumed performers re-enacted scenes of the Nativity and ancient crafts of the Roman countryside in a free, well-attended event for families from the 13th Municipality and the nearby coast.

Castel di Guido Living Nativity 2025

On Saturday, December 27, and Sunday, December 28, 2025, the village of Castel di Guido hosted the eighth edition of its living nativity. From 4 PM to 9 PM, the Municipal Agricultural Farmhouse on Via Sodini came alive with scenes of the Nativity and workshops of ancient crafts, reconstructed by dozens of costumed performers.

Amidst lit fires, artisans at work, and the scent of traditional foods, visitors walked a path that led from the market square to the hut of the Holy Family. The event, free and organized by local associations, confirmed its role as the most heartfelt Christmas event in the Roman countryside west of the Capital.

Programme

Eighth edition. Nativity re-enactment with costumed performers, ancient craft workshops, and scenes of rural life at the Municipal Agricultural Farmhouse, Via Sodini in Castel di Guido. Time: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Free admission.
