Castagnolo Festival

The 67th edition of the Castagnolo Festival was held on April 1, 2025, Easter Monday, in San Lorenzo in Campo (PU). The day began at 9:00 AM with the Cammino dei Lavatoi (Washhouses Walk), a hike towards Montalfoglio offered in two routes (a short one of about 8 km and the full one of 11 km). At 10:00 AM, the stands with castagnoli opened, while stalls and street food were set up in Piazza Umberto I and along viale Regina Margherita.

On the stage in the square, from 2:30 PM, the Matteo's Band performed, followed at 4:30 PM by The Perticars, with a corner dedicated to swing for dance lovers. The traditional charity raffle and, at 7:00 PM, the drawing of the Castagnolo Lottery were also held. During the day, the Archaeological Museum of the Suasa Territory, the Tiberini Theatre, the Abbey, the Stamp Room, and the Ethnographic Museum were open for visits.

9:00 AM — Cammino dei Lavatoi towards Montalfoglio (8 km and 11 km routes).
10:00 AM — Opening of food stands with castagnoli; markets and street food in Piazza Umberto I and viale Regina Margherita.
2:30 PM — Matteo's Band concert in the square.
4:30 PM — The Perticars concert; swing corner.
7:00 PM — Drawing of the Castagnolo Lottery.
Throughout the day: charity raffle and openings of the Suasa Archaeological Museum, Tiberini Theatre, Abbey, Stamp Room, and Ethnographic Museum.
