In autumn 2025, Dazio once again hosted the Castagnata dei Cech, featuring roasted chestnuts and local products from the Costiera dei Cech, in a convivial event organised by the local Pro Loco.
The 2025 Castagnata dei Cech confirmed Dazio's autumn tradition, dedicated to roasted chestnuts and local products from the Costiera dei Cech. Organised by the Pro Loco of Dazio, the festival brought together the community of the lower Valtellina, province of Sondrio, around the seasonal flavours and the convivial atmosphere that characterises mountain chestnut festivals.
