Edition 2025 — Casereccio Festival

The 42nd edition of the Casereccio Festival took place in Caianello Vecchio, at Largo Pantano, from Friday, August 1 to Monday, August 4, 2025. Four evenings of rustic, home-style cooking organized by the Pro Loco, featuring homemade gnocchi, ciceri e tagliariegli, tripe in tomato sauce, grilled sausage and porchetta, fried pizza, and dairy products, accompanied each evening by live folk music performances.

Casereccio Festival 2025: the 42nd edition

The 42nd edition of the Casereccio Festival was held in Caianello, in the province of Caserta, from Friday, August 1 to Monday, August 4, 2025, in the usual setting of Largo Pantano in Caianello Vecchio. Organized by the Pro Loco of Caianello, the festival showcased the best of home-style cuisine from the Campanian hinterland.

The food stalls, open every evening from 9 PM, offered homemade gnocchi, ciceri e tagliariegli, tripe in tomato sauce, grilled sausage, porchetta, fried pizza, and artisanal dairy products, accompanied by local wine and cold beer. The four evenings were animated by live folk music performances featuring Tony and Rosita, Peppe Zona, Adele Bassi and the Paranza Popolare, and Amerino Salerno.
