Edition 2025 — Steak Festival
The 2025 Casalguidi Steak Festival brought the Serravalle Pistoiese village to life for ten evenings, from May 30 to June 8, in Piazza Vittorio Veneto.
In 2025, the highlight remained the set menu with an 800-gram charcoal-grilled steak, side dish of choice, water, and cover charge, with local wines available at the dedicated stand. Food stalls opened every evening from 7:30 PM, and the evenings were accompanied by traditional live music, confirming the festival as one of the most popular gastronomic events in the province of Pistoia.
