Edition 2025 — Red Chicory Fair
The 2025 Casaleone Red Chicory Fair renewed the historic event of the Bassa Veronese dedicated to the region's red gold. Spread over two weekends between January and February, in Piazza della Pace and the Piastra Polivalente, the fair offered risotto, bigoli, and red chicory dishes alongside local wines.
As tradition dictates, the program combined gastronomy and culture: agricultural conferences, photographic and school exhibitions, the Radicchio March, and cycle tourism events, confirming Casaleone's red chicory (VR) as an identity product of the Veronese plain.
