Edition 2025 — La Carrettesca

The 24th edition of the Carrettesca Fair was held on Saturday, June 28th and Sunday, June 29th, 2025, in Roccaverano, celebrating the bond between Roccaverano DOP cheese and its territory. Two days of tastings, competitions, children's workshops, and awards dedicated to the dairy excellence of the upper Asti Langhe.

The 24th Carrettesca (2025)

The 2025 edition of the Carrettesca featured, on Saturday, June 28th from 7:00 PM, a guided tasting of Roccaverano DOP paired with wines from the Barbera d'Asti and Monferrato Consortium, with a street-food style gastronomic itinerary curated by local associations and a musical evening with a DJ. Sunday, June 29th, from 10:00 AM, was the main day, featuring the market exhibition of Consortium producers, the masterclass on Roccaverano DOP, school competitions, the ONAF "The Best Roccaverano DOP on the Table" awards, the best cheese voted by the public, and the investiture of the 2025 Knight of Roccaverano DOP.
