CarpInMusica

In 2025, CarpInMusica offered fourteen concerts spread from June 21 to August 25, between the Piazzale Re Astolfo and the Courtyard of Honour of Palazzo dei Pio, in Carpi. The festival, directed by Carlo Guaitoli, grouped its historic souls – CarpInJazz, Festival Mundus, CarpInClassica, and The Guitar Week – to cover different genres. The opening evening on June 21, for the Festa della Musica, featured Federico Maria Sardelli with the ensemble Modo Antiquo in the concert-reading The Face of Vivaldi. Among the protagonists were Stefano Bollani with his new quintet in its premiere, Joe Lovano, Joan Thiele with the album Joanita (July 2), and the South Africans BCUC. In August, The Guitar Week closed the festival with three evenings dedicated to the guitar. Performances started at 9:30 PM, with a single price of 12 euros for paid events and 40 euros for Stefano Bollani's concert.
