Carob Festival

The 2025 edition of the Carob Festival was held in Rosolini from August 1 to 3, with Piazza Garibaldi as the heart of the festivities.

The event opened on Friday, August 1, with the Sicilian cart parade, which started from the Church of Santa Caterina with musicians, flag-wavers, and the "Il Carrubo" folk group, followed by live cooking demonstrations, tastings of local products, and musical performances by Diapason and I Rimmel with Carlo Kaneba, presented by Salvo La Rosa. On Saturday, August 2, after the conference "The Carob: A Multifunctional Plant," Alexia took the stage. Sunday, August 3, featured the closing evening with "Talè cu C'è" and, at midnight, a fireworks display visible from Giovanni Paolo II Park.

The event was organized by the Municipality of Rosolini with the coordination of the Pro Loco and the support of the Sicilian Region through the GAL Eloro.
