Edition 2025 — Val Vomano Carnival

In 2025, the Pro Loco Val Vomano once again enlivened Shrove Tuesday in Penna Sant'Andrea (TE) with the traditional Carnival in Piazza IV Novembre: a parade of allegorical floats, costumes, and confetti accompanied a festive afternoon dedicated to families and children of the Val Vomano village.

In 2025, the Val Vomano Carnival, a hamlet of Penna Sant'Andrea (Province of Teramo), took place on Shrove Tuesday in Piazza IV Novembre. The Pro Loco Val Vomano organized the carnival float parade with costumes, confetti, music, and entertainment for the little ones.

The festival confirmed the vitality of a popular tradition rooted in the Abruzzo villages, later highlighted on a regional scale by the "Carnival with the Pro Loco of Abruzzo" initiative by UNPLI Abruzzo. A simple and participatory event capable of bringing together the entire Val Vomano community.
