Carnival in the Valley

Carnival in the Valley is one of the most beloved winter events in the Valcuvia, in the province of Varese. In 2025, the Pro Loco associations of Cuvio and Cuveglio once again organized the great valley parade together, with allegorical floats and masked groups crossing the two towns amidst confetti and music. The celebration concluded, as is tradition, at Parco Pancera in Cuvio, where the Filarmonica Cuviese, Carnival sweets, wine, and local dishes like polenta and sausage welcomed the numerous participants, confirming the strong community spirit that characterizes this event.
