Edition 2025 — Carnival in the Square

In 2025 too, the Pro Loco Casteldurante brought Carnival to the squares of Urbania, with the traditional colorful festival enlivened by fritters, crostoli and masks. A popular event with free admission that every year brings families and children together in the historic center of ancient Casteldurante, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino.

The Carnival in the Square in Urbania in 2025 confirmed the formula loved by the locals: a simple and genuine village festival, organized by the Pro Loco Casteldurante in the historic center. Amidst masks, colors, and the typical sweets of the durantino Carnival — the fritters and crostoli prepared by the Pro Loco — the event enlivened the squares of Urbania with moments dedicated especially to children. As tradition dictates, admission was free and the party open to all, in a true spirit of community.
