Carnival in the Square

Carnevale in Piazza is a recurring event in the winter calendar of Cavriago, in the Province of Reggio Emilia. The 2025 edition was also organized by the association Cuariegh on the Road, a group of young volunteers who have been animating the Cavriago Carnival for some years, with the support of the Municipality of Cavriago.

The festival confirmed itself as an afternoon designed for children and families, with games, face painting, inflatables, and the colorful mask parade in Piazza Zanti. A simple and participatory event, with free admission, in the spirit of Emilia's traditional village festivals.
