Edition 2025 — Desana Bean Feast

In 2025, the Desana Carnival once again featured its most beloved gastronomic event: the Carnival Bean Feast, with the traditional dish of beans and sausage served in the municipal pavilion on Via San Maurizio. A day of celebration and conviviality that, as every year, brought families and citizens of the small town in the Vercelli province together around the table.

The 2025 edition of the Desana Carnival Bean Feast confirmed a popular tradition deeply felt in the Vercelli area. In the municipal pavilion on Via San Maurizio, citizens and families gathered to enjoy the signature dish of the Piedmontese Carnival: beans cooked slowly and seasoned with sausage.

As is customary, the portion was offered at a symbolic cost, and part of the proceeds supported the town's activities and festivities. A simple and heartwarming event, perfect for discovering the hospitality of Desana and the authentic flavors of the Piedmontese rice plains.
