Edition 2025 — Carniarmonie
The 34th edition of Carniarmonie featured forty-one concerts spread across the municipalities of Carnia, Valcanale, and Canal del Ferro. The inaugural concert was held on Thursday, June 26, at the Teatro Luigi Candoni in Tolmezzo, with the FVG Orchestra conducted by Florian Krumpöck and featuring violinist Maria Solozobova, in a program titled "Symphonic Nineteenth Century" with music by Mendelssohn, Bruch, and Schubert. Among the highlights were flutist Massimo Mercelli, the Apollon Quartet, tributes to Duke Ellington, the Wiener Chormädchen, Ukrainian pianist Alexey Botvinov, and a concert performance of Bizet's Carmen. The closing event, on Friday, September 12, at the Sala Cinema in Forni Avoltri, was entrusted to the Freevoices Show Choir with their show "Voices Without Borders." In September, the festival collaborated with the Transnational Youth Orchestra in concerts held in Piran, Moggio Udinese, and Venice.
