Edition 2025 — Carmine Festival
The 2025 edition of the Carmine Festival was held from July 11th to 16th in the hamlet of Mure di Colceresa. The evenings offered the usual rich menu: gnocchi and bigoli with meat sauces, duck, tomato, butter and sage, or pesto; grilled meats with polenta and fries; the large lagoon fried fish platter and the bacaro's fish board.
Alongside the cuisine, a schedule of themed evenings curated by Pro Loco Colceresa, which confirmed the festival's winning formula with live music, DJ sets, and a final fireworks display.

- Concert by the Cesare Cremonini tribute band
