Carini Jazz Festival Summer 2025
In July 2025, the Carini Jazz Festival enlivened the Castle of Carini, in the province of Palermo, with two evenings dedicated to great international jazz. Produced by the Jonathan Livingston ODV association under the artistic direction of Maestro Toti Cannistraro, the festival brought some of the most appreciated names on the scene to the medieval fortress.
On July 25, the Roberto Gatto Quartet took the stage, led by one of the most innovative drummers in Italian and international jazz, accompanied by Alessandro Presti, Alfonso Santimone, and Gabriele Evangelista. On July 26, the closing was entrusted to the Hermon Mehari Quintet, with trumpeter Hermon Mehari accompanied by Peter Schlamb, Alessandro Manzoni, Luca Fattorini, and Zac Morrow. Tickets were available online for 9 euros plus booking fees.
