Cardio Race 2025, the ninth edition
From October 3rd to 5th, 2025, the Ippodromo delle Capannelle in Rome hosted the ninth edition of Cardio Race, organized by DreamCom under the scientific direction of the INRC and with the technical support of OPES. The event was scheduled close to World Heart Day on September 29th.
During the first two days, the Health Village offered citizens free ECGs, physiotherapy, osteopathic and dental check-ups, educational meetings, clinical tests, and information booths managed by doctors and associations. One day was reserved for Roman schools, with students learning first-aid maneuvers.
On Sunday, October 5th, the races took place: the 12.4 km competitive and non-competitive race, the 5.24 km wellness walk, and the 1,250-meter Kids Run dedicated to children, in a racecourse transformed for the occasion into a large space for sport and prevention open to the entire city.
