Edition 2025 — Carbonara Festival
In 2025, the Carbonara Festival once again brought Roman cuisine to Montirone, with chefs from the Capital preparing carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, and Roman street food in Piazza Manzoni. DJ sets and live music enlivened the evenings of this free-admission gastronomic gathering, highly appreciated by lovers of Roman culinary tradition.
The 2025 edition of the Carbonara Festival confirmed the success of the Roman cuisine gathering in Montirone. In Piazza Manzoni, chefs from Rome prepared the great classics of the Capital's tradition, from carbonara to amatriciana, along with supplì, porchetta, and pinsa romana. The evenings, enlivened by DJ sets and live music, attracted numerous enthusiasts to the Brescian plain, in a free-admission event.
