Capurso in Corsa

The 10th edition of Capurso in Corsa, held on Sunday, June 15, 2025, was a record-breaking year for the event organized by A.S.D. Bio Ambra New Age. On the 10-kilometer course starting and finishing at the foot of the Reale Basilica Santuario Maria SS. del Pozzo, the route crossed the Villa Comunale, Parco Pertini, the gardens of Largo San Francesco da Paola, the Mother Church of San Giuseppe, and the Capurso countryside.

The men's race was won by Sebastiano Di Masi (Atletica Castellana Freedogs) with a time of 34:13. Among the women, Francesca Pastore (Gioia Running) succeeded with a time of 40:32, ahead of Silvana Iania and Milena Casaluce. The edition saw over 600 finishers, testifying to the event's growing appeal in the Trofeo Terra di Bari calendar.
