Summer Fest 2025 – The eighth edition
The 2025 edition, the eighth consecutive one, took place at the Tenuta Rasocolmo Winery & Art Resort in Messina between July and September, confirming the formula that blends contemporary art and wine culture.
Exhibitions in the Visual Arts section
The Visual Arts and Contemporary Languages section, curated by Mariateresa Zagone, presented two solo exhibitions by Sicilian artists: «FLAGS – siamo semi» by Roberta Guarnera (Messina, 1988), inaugurated on July 6 and open until September 6, and «Solenne cosa essere donna nella veste bianca» by Ilde Barone (Ragusa, 1980), inaugurated on July 29 and open until September 13.
Discussions and tastings
On July 19, the meeting «Dialoghi al tramonto: Messina risorta dopo il Sisma, simbolo dell'ideologia futurista» (Sunset Dialogues: Messina risen after the Earthquake, symbol of Futurist ideology), curated by Caterina Di Giacomo, was held, accompanied by a spectacular Futurist Aerotasting by reservation, crowning a festival that intertwined art, history, and Sicilian food and wine.
