Edition 2025 — Canneto Fried Pizza Festival

The 23rd edition of the Canneto Sabino Fried Pizza Festival took place from July 25 to 27, 2025, in Canneto Sabino, a hamlet of Fara in Sabina (RI). Organized by the Pro Canneto Association, it offered three evenings of hand-stretched fried pizza cooked in olive oil, with savory and sweet versions, draft beer, wine, and live music in the square.

The 23rd edition of the Canneto Sabino Fried Pizza Festival enlivened the village of Canneto Sabino, in the Municipality of Fara in Sabina, from July 25 to 27, 2025. The food stands, open in the evening, offered the famous Canneto fried pizza prepared with ancient grain flours and cooked in olive oil according to the traditional recipe, in versions with salt, prosciutto, tomato, and sweet variants with Nutella and sugar.

Every evening, the festival was accompanied by live music, confirming the event as one of the most beloved summer appointments in the Sabina region.
