Edition 2025 — Canino Asparagus Festival

The 23rd edition of the Canino Green Asparagus PGI Festival took place from April 11 to 13, 2025, in the historic center of Canino. Three days of markets, live music, historical re-enactments, street performers, and cantinoni, with the spectacular world's largest omelet prepared on Sunday afternoon.

The 23rd edition of the Canino Green Asparagus PGI Festival was held from April 11 to 13, 2025, in the historic center of Canino, in the province of Viterbo. The event offered three days of celebration with excursions to discover the territory, live music, craft markets, historical re-enactments, street performers, and games for children.

In the traditional cantinoni, visitors could taste typical dishes based on Canino Green Asparagus PGI. The most anticipated moment was on Sunday, April 13 at 5:00 PM, the preparation of the world's largest omelet, in a two-meter pan with over a thousand eggs and more than 100 kilos of asparagus.
