Edition 2025 — Canino EATrusco

The first edition took place on July 18-19, 2025, under the name 'Canino in Gusto - Encounters of Flavors'. In the historic center of Canino, the event celebrated five Lazio specialties - Canino PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green Asparagus PGI, Pecorino Romano PDO, Romanesco Artichoke PGI, and Roman Lamb PGI - with wine tastings, showcooking, and guided tours, organized by the Pro Loco and the Municipality with the support of Arsial.

Canino in Gusto - Encounters of Flavors 2025

The first edition of the festival was held on July 18 and 19, 2025 in the historic center of Canino, with entrances at Piazza De Andreis and Piazza Vittorio Emanuele III, opening at 7:00 PM. The event, titled Canino in Gusto - Encounters of Flavors, was dedicated to five agri-food specialties of Lazio: Canino PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green Asparagus PGI, Pecorino Romano PDO, Romanesco Artichoke PGI, and Roman Lamb PGI. The program included a tasting trail with dedicated tickets (glass included), a showcooking session by chef Assunta Stacchiotti, and a guided tasting of Canino PDO olive oil led by Carlo Zucchetti. The event was organized by the Pro Loco and the Municipality of Canino with the support of Arsial.
