Edition 2025 — Candlemas Festival
In 2025, the Candlemas Festival enlivened Romano d'Ezzelino between late January and early February. The heated food stand in front of the church offered typical Venetian winter dishes, accompanied by live music, entertainment evenings, a market, and Sunday historical re-enactment.
The 2025 edition of the Candlemas Festival confirmed the tried-and-tested formula of the Romano d'Ezzelino event. For over a week, the heated food stand welcomed the public with the hearty winter traditional menu – from porcini mushroom soup to pork knuckle, from tripe to cuttlefish – while the program alternated music, shows, and the traditional market and historical re-enactment moments. A community celebration that warmed the coldest evenings of the year.
