Edition 2025 — Candelo Earth Market

In 2025, the Candelo Earth Market enlivened the Ricetto on the first Sunday of every month from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Around twenty producers from the Biella area offered alpine cheeses, honey, seasonal vegetables, preserves, cured meats, craft beer, and grappa, accompanied by tastings and food education sessions following Slow Food principles.

2025 Edition

Throughout 2025, the Candelo Earth Market consolidated its monthly appointment at the Ricetto, confirming the first-Sunday-of-the-month format. Among the streets of the fortified village, about twenty local producers from the Biella area offered the public toma and maccagno cheeses, honey, seasonal fruits and vegetables, preserves, cured meats, craft beer, grappa, and flour, alongside Slow Food Presidia from nearby regions.

Organized by the Slow Food Biella Convivium with the support of the Municipality of Candelo, the market combined direct sales with tastings, meetings, and food education activities, strengthening the bond between producers and the Biella community.
