Edition 2025 — Candele al Borgo
Candele al Borgo 2025, the eighth edition
On Sunday, November 30, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM, the Castelluccia village of Castel Morrone (CE) hosted the eighth edition of Candele al Borgo, organized by the cultural association Le Donne Fanno Sempre Storia. A path illuminated by over ten thousand candles wound through the ancient streets of the village, among houses, courtyards, stone arches, and alleys, with street performers, stilt walkers, and traditional folk musicians.
The edition dedicated a space to the November 25th commemoration, the Day against violence against women. There was no shortage of food and wine tastings and roasted chestnuts. Admission required a symbolic ticket and there was dedicated parking at the Vincenzo Palma sports field, confirming the event as one of the most evocative appointments in the autumn calendar of the province of Caserta.
