Edition 2025 — Canavese Comics

Before the large-scale 2026 edition, the Canavese Comics project was born in Tavagnasco from the experience of several local gaming events. In particular, the success of an event dedicated to board games, which attracted over 700 participants, laid the foundations for the creation of the comic and gaming festival organized by a group of local youths.

The adventure of Canavese Comics in Tavagnasco, Piedmont, has its roots in 2025, when an event dedicated to board games organized in the town attracted over 700 participants. That success, recalled by Mayor Moreno Nicoletta himself, convinced the group of young promoters to bring a true pop culture festival to life.

From that experience came the idea of a more ambitious appointment, capable of combining comics, gaming, cosplay, and historical re-enactment, which later materialized in the 2026 edition at the Palatenda in Tavagnasco.
