Edition 2025 — Black Truffle Festival of Camugnano

In the summer of 2025, Camugnano renewed the tradition of the Camugnanese Fair and Black Truffle Festival. A day of celebration in the Bologna Apennines, featuring the market in Piazza Kennedy, the national truffle dog competition, and the food stalls of Parco Don Antonio dedicated to summer black truffle, with band music and an evening dance to conclude the event.

The 2025 edition of the Camugnanese Fair and Black Truffle Festival confirmed the summer ritual of Camugnano, in the Bologna Apennines. The day began with the market of various goods in Piazza Kennedy and the evocative national truffle dog competition at Parco Don Antonio. For lunch and dinner, the food stalls offered dishes prepared entirely with the local summer black truffle, accompanied by specialties from the Bologna Apennines. There was also band music, evening entertainment, and outdoor activities in the Suviana and Brasimone Lakes Park area, reaffirming the deep connection between Camugnano, its woods, and its truffles.
