Edition 2025 — Campionato di Ruzzola
In 2025, Gualdo Tadino also hosted, as part of the 'Estate Gualdese', a competition dedicated to the ruzzola, the ancient traditional game of throwing the wooden disc, with the participation of throwers from all over Italy.
The practice of ruzzola has long been rooted in the territory of Gualdo Tadino, in the province of Perugia, where events related to this traditional game find space in the 'Estate Gualdese' calendar. In 2025 too, the best throwers competed in the ruzzola throw, in a challenge that combines competitive spirit and the promotion of a popular tradition of the Umbrian-Marche Apennines.
