Sausage Festival 2025: sold out in Camerata Nuova

The Camerata Nuova Sausage Festival experienced one of its most successful editions on Sunday, October 19, 2025, closing with a sell-out. Organised by the Pro Loco with the support of the Municipality, the Monti Simbruini Regional Natural Park, and under the patronage of the Lazio Region, the festival confirmed the strong bond between the village and its autumn tradition.

The day began at 10:00 AM with the historical-naturalistic trek "Walking along the border", amidst the panoramas and autumn colours of the Monti Simbruini. In the afternoon, Piazza Roma welcomed visitors with a rich menu, sausage sandwiches, local wine, and beer, while live music from the group Kosacustika kept the crowd entertained. A genuine celebration that honoured tradition, territory, and community.
