Calici 2025: a record-breaking edition

The tenth edition of Calici – Taste is Culture, held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, confirmed the success of the event, with over 1,800 attendees in Piazza Castello in Agliè. The evening brought together 136 wineries and 18 Maestri del Gusto – Slow Food producers, food artisans, and chefs – for a grand tasting journey dedicated to the excellence of the Canavese region.

Entertainment was provided by light and sound shows by Corona Events, the sounds of the street band Bandaradan, and vintage selections by DiscoVintage featuring soundtracks from international cinema. The event, organized by the Municipality of Agliè with the Pro Loco and volunteers, was part of the Festival of Reciprocity of the Three Canavese Lands, with artistic direction by Daniele Lucca. Mayor Marco Succio emphasized how Calici has become an authentic community event over the past ten years.
