Edition 2025 — Calatabiano Carnival

In 2025, the Calatabiano Carnival once again brought the parade of allegorical floats and masked groups to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, featuring musical performances, dancing, and entertainment. Organized by the Pro Loco of Calatabiano with the support of local associations, the festival confirmed its status as a popular, free event capable of engaging families and children from the Etna village and the neighboring towns of the Alcantara Valley.

Calatabiano Carnival 2025

In 2025, the Calatabiano Carnival renewed the carnival tradition of this village in the province of Catania. The Pro Loco of Calatabiano, together with local associations, enlivened the town center with a parade of allegorical floats and masked groups along Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, amidst confetti, colorful costumes, music, and dancing in the square. As per tradition, plenty of space was reserved for the little ones with dedicated parties and entertainment. A free and community-driven event that confirms the bond between the community and this popular festival every year.
