Caccamo Sausage Festival (Pasqualora)

Two days of celebration for the first time

The 16th Caccamo Sausage Festival was held on Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12, 2025, expanding for the first time to two consecutive days. The inauguration took place on Saturday at 6:00 PM on Via Termitana, with the ceremonial cutting of the sausage in the presence of Mayor Franco Fiore.

The first evening featured DJ sets, animation, and shows in various parts of the town, including the "Radio Time 90 Dance Show" at Porta Euracea and the "Luna Park dei Clown Simpaticoni" for families. Sunday, starting at 10:00 AM, came alive with historical pageants, folk groups, musical performances, and traditional games, culminating in the parade of the "Castellana di Caccamo" with the "Città di Caccamo" Flag-wavers. The Castle, the Cathedral, and historic churches remained open for guided tours from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on both days.
