About Sapori di Mare

Sapori di Mare is the gastronomic festival dedicated to fish specialties that enlivens the Bussolengo d'Autunno (VR) event in November. At the Sala Polivalente Ex Bocciodromo, with spaghetti allo scoglio, mixed fried fish, and dishes prepared on the spot, the atmosphere becomes Mediterranean even far from the sea. With live music and convivial evenings, it's the event that brings the scents of the coast to the heart of the Veronese plain.

The sea arrives in Bussolengo

In the heart of autumn, the Bussolengo d'Autunno event offers an unexpected treat: Sapori di Mare, the festival dedicated to fish specialties. At the Sala Polivalente Ex Bocciodromo in Bussolengo, in the province of Verona, the aromas of the Mediterranean conquer the Veronese plain.

Spaghetti allo scoglio and mixed fried fish

The menu features the great classics of seafood cuisine: spaghetti allo scoglio, fritto misto (mixed fried fish), and other fish specialties, prepared on the spot. It's an opportunity to taste fresh, well-prepared dishes, far from the coast but with the same care for maritime tradition.

Music and Mediterranean atmosphere

The evenings are accompanied by live music that creates a Mediterranean and convivial atmosphere. Open on Saturdays for dinner and on Sundays for lunch and dinner, for a weekend of taste organized by Studio Grandi Eventi as part of the Bussolengo autumn event series.
