On July 26, 2025, Petrosino celebrated its Busiate Festival on the Litorale di Biscione, as part of the rich "Di Mare e di Vino 2025" summer program promoted by the Municipality and funded with the support of the Sicilian Region. The evening, described by organizers as "a highly anticipated event for the promotion of traditional cuisine," featured tastings of busiata, the traditional fresh pasta of the Trapani area served with pesto, accompanied by a cabaret show with Trikke e Due and Friends. The summer festival enlivened the Petrosino seafront from July 12 to August 25 with concerts, dialect comedies, popular food festivals, and moments dedicated to food and wine, such as the "Vino Vivo" days on August 1-2.
