Buongustaio Festival – Winter Edition

The 2025 winter edition of the Sagra del Buongustaio brought the flavors of Romagna tradition to Reda di Faenza during the holiday season. In the heated hall of the hamlet, volunteers served cappelletti, roasted lamb, and the famous stuffed bread, while the village came alive with markets, small street performances, and workshops for all ages. Given the large turnout and limited seating, reservations were strongly recommended that season. Organized by Pro Loco Faenza, the Winter Edition confirmed the success of the formula that has made the Buongustaio a benchmark for lovers of good food in Emilia-Romagna for over twenty years.
