Edition 2025 — Bug's Weekend

The 2025 edition of Bug's Weekend, the twentieth in the series, took place in Morcone on the weekend of July 19 and 20, 2025. The gathering dedicated to Beetles and vintage Volkswagen vehicles brought crews and enthusiasts from all over Italy to the Sannio region of Benevento, confirming the mid-July appointment in the "parulo" green area, among car displays, music, markets, and local cuisine in an informal and family atmosphere.

Bug's Weekend 2025: the milestone of the twentieth edition

On July 19 and 20, 2025, Morcone, in the Province of Benevento, celebrated the 20th edition of Bug's Weekend, a symbolic milestone for a gathering born in 2005 in the Piana district and grown to become a reference point for Volkswagen enthusiasts in Central and Southern Italy.

As every year, the meeting was held in the green area next to the Church of the SS. Addolorata, with the vehicles parked in the shade of the large oak tree and the two days marked by music, markets, tastings of typical products, and long conversations between owners of Beetles, Bullis, and derivatives. The edition maintained the informal formula that has characterized the event since its origins: no races, entrance open to everyone, and a focus on conviviality rather than competition.
