Edition 2025 — Bubbio Polentone

The 104th edition of the Bubbio Polentone Festival was held on April 26-27, 2025, on the first Sunday after Easter. The festival featured the traditional historical re-enactment with the costumed parade of the Lords of Bubbio and the distribution of the polentone made with 'otto file' cornmeal, in the heart of the Asti Langhe.

In 2025, the Bubbio Polentone Festival celebrated its 104th edition. On Saturday, April 26, the 'Magical Evening in the Ancient Village' enlivened the historic center with music, dancing, shows, and flavors. On Sunday, April 27, the program included, around 11:30 AM, the re-enactment of the founding legend, an itinerant lunch with local specialties, and at 3:00 PM, the costumed parade of the Lords of Bubbio. At 5:30 PM, the polenta was distributed, prepared according to tradition with 'otto file' cornmeal and accompanied by local wine.
