Edition 2025 — Brut & Brut Festival

The 8th edition of the Brut & Brut Festival took place in Villareggia on Sunday, March 30, 2025. A day entirely dedicated to the traditional Canavese sausage, featuring the 'Brut Express' from Turin, a lunch with traditional Piedmontese dishes, a local excursion, and cultural moments including poetry and theater for children.

2025 Edition — the 8th

The eighth edition of the Brut & Brut Festival was held in Villareggia, in the Province of Turin, on Sunday, March 30, 2025, with a program combining gastronomy, hiking, and culture.

The day opened with the "Brut Express", a bus departing at 9:15 AM from Turin Porta Susa station, arriving in Villareggia around 10:00 AM. At noon, a lunch was served at Ristorante La Rocca featuring typical Piedmontese dishes. The afternoon offered a 7 km excursion with the Andumaapé group, a poetry book presentation by Franca Donà in Piazza Unità d'Italia, and the theatrical performance "Racconti Brut" with local primary school children. The absolute star, as always, was the Brut, the traditional sausage of the Canavese.
