Edition 2025 — Bruschetta Festival
The 2025 edition of the Bruschetta Festival of Morano Osteria took place in the last part of August in the hamlet of Morano Osteria, Gualdo Tadino. The Morano Bruschetta — with flour from the village's stone mill, raw unfiltered oil, and garlic — confirmed its role as the symbol dish, accompanied by a menu of first and second courses of Umbrian cuisine. The two-level structure hosted dining on the lower floor and dancing with musical entertainment on the upper floor. The organization, as per tradition, was handled by the Pro Morano Tourist Association.
