Edition 2025 — Bruschetta Festival

In 2025, the Carbonara Autumn once again brought Carbonara al Ticino together around the Bruschetta Festival, with the usual formula of a long October weekend featuring polenta, bruschetta, chestnuts, a photographic exhibition, and tombola. The event, organized by the Pro Loco Carbonarese, reaffirmed its role as the key autumn gathering for the village.

The 2025 edition of the Bruschetta Festival followed the established tradition of the Carbonara Autumn, unfolding between the Friday evening polenta and the Sunday gastronomic festival. Stalls offering bruschetta and local dishes, chestnuts with mulled wine, a photographic exhibition, a parish charity stall, and the mega tombola marked the days, coordinated by the volunteers of the Pro Loco Carbonarese. The festival confirmed its vocation as a community event, capable of attracting residents from the village and nearby towns in the Pavia countryside.
