Broccoletto Festival

The 2025 Broccoletto Festival was held on December 7th and 8th in Roccasecca, in the province of Frosinone, confirming the formula that has made this event one of the most popular in the Ciociaria winter season. The stalls along Via Roma opened from 10:00 AM, with the town buzzing with activity until evening.

The gastronomic route offered the classic broccoli and sausage sandwich, the version with pancetta, broccoli and bean soup, lamb skewers, polenta with pork spare ribs in sauce, and the local Roccasecca version with broccoletti, as well as gnocchi with broccoletti cream, savory crepes, and trapizzino.

Alongside the food, the center of the village hosted the Christmas market, a Santa Claus village for children, local crafts, and musical entertainment. On the day of the Immaculate Conception, the P.A.M.A. Association offered guided walks to medieval Roccasecca and the Castle of Saint Thomas Aquinas. Admission to the event was free.
